Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Soistman has nearly four decades of diverse experience in healthcare and managed care and brings to eHealth a demonstrated ability to lead accelerated, profitable growth in the insurance space. He also brings deep carrier expertise and relationships. He recently served as Executive Vice President at CVS Health and President of Government Services for Aetna following its acquisition by CVS Health. At Aetna, Mr. Soistman was responsible for leading the strategic execution and profitable growth plans for Aetna's Medicare, Medicaid and Federal Employees Health Benefit businesses. Prior to his tenure at Aetna, he co-founded Jessamine Healthcare, having previously served in executive leadership positions across a number of healthcare and managed care companies, including Coventry Healthcare, Principal Health Care and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Stelben brings more than 25 years of health insurance experience to eHealth. Mr. Stelben's most recent experience was at Aetna where he had multiple roles including CFO Governance Services covering Medicare, Medicaid, Federal Employees, and Public Exchange businesses. Mr. Stelben was also CFO Integrations during various Aetna transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Stelben had multiple senior financial roles at Coventry Health Care, Inc., including interim CFO as well as operational responsibilities for Medicare Advantage.
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer

Mr. Rariy has served as our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer since March 2022. Mr. Rariy previously served as Chief Transformation Officer of Lionbridge, a company that delivers translation and localization solutions, from March 2020 to February 2022. At Lionbridge, Mr. Rariy created and directed successful enterprise-wide initiatives focused on the organization and technology operations. Prior to joining Lionbridge, Mr. Rariy served as Head Of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at the Kraft Heinz Company for Australia and New Zealand from January 2017 to July 2019, and served in the same capacity for China from February 2015 to December 2016. Mr. Rariy holds an M.B.A in healthcare management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D in chemistry from the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Galimi has a wealth of experience in the health insurance sector, including 15 years at UnitedHealth Group. He most recently served as General Counsel for UnitedHealthcare Specialty Benefits. In 2017, he co-founded Stratagem Investments, a private equity firm focused on solving society's inequities and disparities in access to good care. He earned his JD at the University of Southern California and his BS in Biological Sciences and BA in International Relations, each from USC
Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Barbeau is a proven leader with a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. She comes to eHealth from Ableto, a provider of virtual mental health services, where she led their marketing and communications strategy with a focus on designing personalized experiences that drive loyalty and high ROI. Prior to this, she served four years as a Vice President at UnitedHealthcare, where she transformed a team focused on employer and individual member engagement. She also served eight years in marketing management roles at General Mills.
Chief Digital Officer

Mr. Babaria has served as eHealth’s Chief Digital Officer since January 2023. Mr. Babaria joins eHealth from M1 Finance where he served as Chief Product Officer, responsible for defining the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive growth and profitability. Prior to M1 Finance, Mr. Babaria served as Chief Product Officer at Roofstock, Head of Product at LifeLock, and Sr. Director and Head of Product, D3 Incubation Unit at Capital One.

Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer
Jana Brown joined eHealth in October 2022 from Centurion Health, an independent subsidiary of Centene, where she served as EVP and Chief Human Resource Officer, responsible for human capital strategy including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Total Rewards. Prior to Centurion Health, she served as Head of Talent and Total Rewards at CareSource HealthPlan. She also served as SVP, HR Chief Operating Officer, and Business Partner at TIAA.
Chief Information Security Officer
Bill Billings joined eHealth as Chief Information Security Officer in September 2019, overseeing all of the company’s security functions. Previously, he was CISO at Castlight where he led the company's security program. Prior to that he was CISO at Ooyala. with a similar range of responsibilities, during a period of rapid growth. His security experience also includes a 21-year career in the U.S. Navy where he served as a Cryptologic Officer. Billings hold a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a M.S. degree in Cybersecurity.
Senior Vice President, Chief Business Officer
Gregg Ratkovic has served as eHealth’s Chief Business Officer since May 2022. Mr. Ratkovic served as President of Medicare from December 2020 to May 2022. Before that, Mr. Ratkovic served as our senior vice president, carrier and business development from December 2018 to December 2020. Mr. Ratkovic served as our vice president and general manager, Medicare Supplement products from July 2017 to December 2018. Prior to joining eHealth, Mr. Ratkovic held various sales, marketing and carrier development roles at the Word & Brown Companies, a distributor of health benefits and insurance solutions, from January 2010 to March 2017, including as senior vice president, health plan development and as senior vice president of the Word & Brown General Agency. Mr. Ratkovic served as chief operating officer and co-founder of Joppel, Inc. from April 2007 to January 2010 until its acquisition by the Word & Brown companies. Mr. Ratkovic also served as senior vice president, distribution of the United Health Group, a provider of healthcare and benefits services, from 1999 to 2007. Mr. Ratkovic holds a B.S in economics from Claremont McKenna College.
Senior Vice President of Communications

Lara Sasken rejoined eHealth in February 2023 as Senior Vice President of Communications. Previously, she served as eHealth’s Vice President of Communications from August 2020 until February 2022, and Senior Vice President of Communications and Chief of Staff from February 2022 until May 2022. Prior to joining eHealth, Ms. Sasken was Vice President of Communications at SurveyMonkey, director of communications at Facebook, and senior director of corporate communications at GoPro. She proudly serves as a communications advisor at Mixing Board and several Silicon Valley venture funds. Ms. Sasken holds an M.B.A. in business management from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Philosophy and Public Policy from University of Massachusetts.

Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Strategy
Kate Sidorovich has served as eHealth's Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategy since May 2021. Ms. Sidorovich served as Vice President of Investor Relations from 2008 to May 2021. Prior to joining eHealth, Ms. Sidorovich was a Vice President of Market Street Partners (MSP), a management consulting company specializing in investor relations and corporate communications. Prior to MSP, Ms. Sidorovich worked as a technology investment banker at Banc of America Securities. She holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Sidorovich is a CFA charterholder.
