Mr. Rariy has served as our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer since March 2022. Prior to joining us, Mr. Rariy served as chief transformation officer of Lionbridge, a company that delivers translation and localization solutions, from March 2020 to February 2022. At Lionbridge, Mr. Rariy created and directed successful enterprise-wide initiatives focused on the organization and technology operations. Prior to joining Lionbridge, Mr. Rariy served as head of operations and chief operating officer at the Kraft Heinz Company, a food and beverage company, for Australia and New Zealand from January 2017 to July 2019, and served in the same capacity for China from February 2015 to December 2016. Mr. Rariy holds an M.B.A. in healthcare management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. and Ph.D. in chemistry from the Lomonosov Moscow State University.


Mr. Babaria has served as eHealth’s Chief Digital Officer since January 2023. Mr. Babaria joins eHealth from M1 Finance where he served as Chief Product Officer, responsible for defining the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive growth and profitability. Prior to M1 Finance, Mr. Babaria served as Chief Product Officer at Roofstock, Head of Product at LifeLock, and Sr. Director and Head of Product, D3 Incubation Unit at Capital One.





Lara Sasken rejoined eHealth in February 2023 as Senior Vice President of Communications. Previously, she served as eHealth’s Vice President of Communications from August 2020 until February 2022, and Senior Vice President of Communications and Chief of Staff from February 2022 until May 2022. Prior to joining eHealth, Ms. Sasken was Vice President of Communications at SurveyMonkey, director of communications at Facebook, and senior director of corporate communications at GoPro. She proudly serves as a communications advisor at Mixing Board and several Silicon Valley venture funds. Ms. Sasken holds an M.B.A. in business management from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Philosophy and Public Policy from University of Massachusetts.
