Fran Soistman

Fran Soistman
Fran Soistman has served as our Chief Executive Officer and member of our Board of Directors since November 2021. Mr. Soistman founded and previously served as president of Healthcare Management and Transformation Advisory Services LLC, an advisory services company operating in the healthcare space, from January 2020 to November 2021. From January 2013 to September 2019, Mr. Soistman was executive vice president at CVS Health, a health solutions company, and president of government services at Aetna, a managed care company. Prior to his tenure at Aetna, Mr. Soistman co-founded Jessamine Healthcare, having previously served in executive leadership across a number of health care and managed care companies, including Coventry Healthcare, Principal Health Care and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland. Mr. Soistman holds a B.S. in accounting and finance from Towson University and is a graduate of the Stanford University executive program. Mr. Soistman has nearly four decades of diverse experience in healthcare and managed care and brings a demonstrated ability to lead operational transformations, financial turnarounds and accelerated profitable growth businesses in the insurance space.
John Stelben

John Stelben
John Stelben has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2022. Mr. Stelben previously served as CFO CVS Integration for Aetna, a managed care company, from December 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Stelben served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Aetna, including CFO Government Programs, which included Medicare, Medicaid and public exchange businesses, from June 2013 to December 2017. Mr. Stelben also served in various senior leadership roles at Coventry Health Care, Inc, a health insurance provider, for over 18 years. Mr. Stelben is a certified public accountant (inactive) and holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Fairfield University that he received in 1983.
Gavin Galimi
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Gavin Galimi
Mr. Galimi has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since June 2022. Mr. Galimi has a wealth of experience in the health insurance sector, including 15 years at UnitedHealth Group, a health insurance provider. He most recently served as General Counsel for UnitedHealthcare Specialty Benefits, a health insurance provider, from April 2017 to December 2021. In 2017, he co-founded Stratagem Investments, a private equity firm focused on solving society’s inequities, including disparities in access to quality care. From 2006 to 2017, Mr. Galimi held various positions with March Vision Care, a provider of vision care benefits acquired by UnitedHealth Group, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and Executive Vice President. He has served as an officer or director of numerous health insurance subsidiaries of UnitedHealth Group. Mr. Galimi earned his J.D., B.S. in Biological Sciences, and B.A. in International Relations at the University of Southern California.

Michelle Barbeau has served as eHealth's Chief Revenue Officer since January 2024. Ms. Barbeau served as eHealth's Chief Marketing Officer from September 2022 to January 2024. Ms. Barbeau is a proven leader with a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. She joined eHealth from AbleTo, a provider of virtual mental health services, where she led their marketing and communications strategy with a focus on designing personalized experiences that drive loyalty and high ROI. Prior to this, she served four years as a Vice President at UnitedHealthcare, where she transformed a team focused on employer and individual member engagement. She also served ten years in marketing management roles at General Mills.

Ketan Babaria

Mr. Babaria has served as eHealth’s Chief Digital Officer since January 2023. Mr. Babaria joins eHealth from M1 Finance where he served as Chief Product Officer, responsible for defining the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive growth and profitability. Prior to M1 Finance, Mr. Babaria served as Chief Product Officer at Roofstock, Head of Product at LifeLock, and Sr. Director and Head of Product, D3 Incubation Unit at Capital One.

Bill Billings
Chief Information Security Officer
Bill Billings
Bill Billings joined eHealth as Chief Information Security Officer in September 2019, overseeing all of the company’s security functions. Previously, he was CISO at Castlight where he led the company's security program. Prior to that he was CISO at Ooyala. with a similar range of responsibilities, during a period of rapid growth. His security experience also includes a 21-year career in the U.S. Navy where he served as a Cryptologic Officer. Billings hold a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a M.S. degree in Cybersecurity.

Jana Brown joined eHealth in October 2022 from Centurion Health, an independent subsidiary of Centene, where she served as EVP and Chief Human Resource Officer, responsible for human capital strategy including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Total Rewards. Prior to Centurion Health, she served as Head of Talent and Total Rewards at CareSource HealthPlan. She also served as SVP, HR Chief Operating Officer, and Business Partner at TIAA.
Gregg Ratkovic
Senior Vice President, Chief Business Officer
Gregg Ratkovic
Gregg Ratkovic has served as eHealth’s Chief Business Officer since May 2022. Mr. Ratkovic served as President of Medicare from December 2020 to May 2022. Before that, Mr. Ratkovic served as our senior vice president, carrier and business development from December 2018 to December 2020. Mr. Ratkovic served as our vice president and general manager, Medicare Supplement products from July 2017 to December 2018. Prior to joining eHealth, Mr. Ratkovic held various sales, marketing and carrier development roles at the Word & Brown Companies, a distributor of health benefits and insurance solutions, from January 2010 to March 2017, including as senior vice president, health plan development and as senior vice president of the Word & Brown General Agency. Mr. Ratkovic served as chief operating officer and co-founder of Joppel, Inc. from April 2007 to January 2010 until its acquisition by the Word & Brown companies. Mr. Ratkovic also served as senior vice president, distribution of the United Health Group, a provider of healthcare and benefits services, from 1999 to 2007. Mr. Ratkovic holds a B.S in economics from Claremont McKenna College.

Bob Rees

Bob Rees has served as eHealth’s Chief Sales Officer since January 2024. Mr. Rees joined eHealth in April 2020 and most recently served as eHealth’s Vice President of Medicare Sales and Loyalty from June 2021 to January 2024. Prior to joining eHealth, Mr. Rees served in multiple roles of increasing scope at Vivint, where he led multiple growth and revenue diversification initiatives. Mr. Rees holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University and a J.D. and MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Lara Sasken

Lara Sasken

Lara Sasken rejoined eHealth in February 2023 as Senior Vice President of Communications. Previously, she served as eHealth’s Vice President of Communications from August 2020 until February 2022, and Senior Vice President of Communications and Chief of Staff from February 2022 until May 2022. Prior to joining eHealth, Ms. Sasken was Vice President of Communications at SurveyMonkey, director of communications at Facebook, and senior director of corporate communications at GoPro. She proudly serves as a communications advisor at Mixing Board and several Silicon Valley venture funds. Ms. Sasken holds an M.B.A. in business management from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Philosophy and Public Policy from University of Massachusetts.

Kate Sidorovich
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Strategy
Kate Sidorovich
Kate Sidorovich has served as eHealth's Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategy since May 2021. Ms. Sidorovich served as Vice President of Investor Relations from 2008 to May 2021. Prior to joining eHealth, Ms. Sidorovich was a Vice President of Market Street Partners (MSP), a management consulting company specializing in investor relations and corporate communications. Prior to MSP, Ms. Sidorovich worked as a technology investment banker at Banc of America Securities. She holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Sidorovich is a CFA charterholder.
